As part of the NLHF project Blue Circle of Dissent, Unity Arts have created an exhibition looking at the life and legacy of Bluestockings leader, Elizabeth Montagu and at the important events and figures of her time. Much of this virtual exhibition was created, in collaboration with Dr Johnson's House, by participants during lockdown. We are delighted to announce that the museum is now open to the public - you can book to visit the exhibition in its entirety in person here

Director Lil Warren. Filmed and edited by Neil Webster.

When visiting can you please leave a comment? It is great for the artists and researchers to see feedback and will be most welcome. It will help until we can get humans to respond to the work in person.

Please note that all dates and location information are provisional, initially taken from the library and archive catalogues. As our section editors continue to work through the material we will update our database and the changes will be reflected across the edition.
