Robert Boyle was an Irish Royal Navy Officer and member of parliament. He married Charlotte Hanbury Walsingham (the daughter of Sir Charles Hanbury Williams and Lady Frances Williams) on 17 July 1759. They had two children together, Richard (1762-1831) and Charlotte (1769-1831).
