Elizabeth Archdeacon (1765-1849) and her sister Barbara Monica (1764-1833) became nuns and took vows with the English Canonesses of the Holy Sepulchre. They both died at the order’s convent in Liège, Belgium. They both brought handsome dowries of £400 each on their profession.
