Norborne Berkeley (c.1717-1770) was the 4th Baron Botetourt. He remodelled Stoke Park at Stoke Gifford near Bristol (now known as the Dower House) in the 1740s and 1750s with the help of the designer Thomas Wright of Durham. He was appointed Governor of Virginia in 1768, and died in Williamsburg.
