Lady Louisa North, daughter of Francis North, 1st Earl of Guilford (and sister of Prime Minister Lord North) married John Peyto-Verney (1738-1816), 14th Baron Willoughby de Broke; they had three children. Willoughby undertook a major programme of rebuilding at the family seat of Compton Verney in Warwickshire; the house was designed by Robert Adam and the gardens by Capability Brown.
