Henry Flood (1732-1791), MP for Co Kilkenny in Ireland and campaigner for the reform of the Irish Parliament. Killed a man in a duel and was tried for murder but acquitted. He challenged Henry Grattan to a duel but it was prevented by the civil authorities. From 1783-1790 he was an MP in both the Irish and British parliaments.
